HRB is an independent, member-supported home-services publication building its local expert panels.
What do I receive each month?
Recurring expert inclusion under your written membership commitment, an enhanced profile, and reusable assets around your published contributions. HRB produces ten local pieces for the market each month. Your final inclusion minimum and first publishing dates are confirmed before you pay.
Are the ten articles just about my company?
No. Ten is the total local publishing program for the participating market. Members contribute to relevant pieces, with opportunities for up to ten distinct inclusions when suitable. It is not a promise of ten custom articles per company.
Is this a paid program, and does it buy a recommendation?
It is a paid contributor program. Relevant coverage discloses that relationship. Membership does not buy favorable license findings, ratings, rankings, awards, or an independent recommendation. Free profiles and applicable license-check information remain available to nonmembers.
Do I need to write, record videos, or attend meetings?
No. A short email or phone check-in is enough. A knowledgeable team member can respond. Voice recording can be arranged with the editor; it is optional. Material changes to attributed quotes require contributor approval.
How many inquiries will I receive?
There is no promised number. Eligible inquiries assigned through participating coverage are included without per-lead charges or a numerical cap. This is a new local publishing initiative, and audience growth and inquiry volume will vary. General site inquiries are outside the membership promise.
Are inquiries shared with the entire panel?
No. Homeowner choice takes priority. Otherwise, a relevant single-expert inquiry goes to that expert; multi-expert coverage routes by trade, geography, and service fit, then rotates one initial recipient at a time among eligible same-trade contributors.
What happens if an inquiry is not answered?
Contact is expected within 24 hours of assignment. HRB records actual contact, not just a dashboard click. Reassignment needs the homeowner’s knowledge and permission. One initial recipient does not mean lifetime exclusivity or limit whom the homeowner may contact independently.
What happens if I miss the response window?
The response deadline and treatment of late contributions will be confirmed in writing before payment. We are not publishing an unapproved inclusion or make-good promise.
Where is the content distributed?
Coverage is published on Home Review Board, and members receive assets they can share through their own customer emails, websites, and social accounts. Outside media pickup, syndication, rankings, and indexing speed are not guaranteed. Additional distribution channels are being developed.
What happens when I cancel?
Future renewals stop when you cancel. Membership continues through the paid period. Accurate historical articles remain; the active badge and new inquiry eligibility end with that period. The final cancellation terms will be shown before enrollment.
What happens after the twelve-month rate lock?
The founding price is protected for twelve months while membership stays continuously active. This is not a lifetime discount. Any later price change will be communicated before renewal. No additional charges or per-lead fees are part of this offer.
