Founding membership terms

Program and price

The proposed Founding Expert Contributor membership is $299 USD per month, billed monthly after eligibility approval and acceptance of the final terms. Membership is month-to-month with no annual payment obligation. The founding rate is locked for 12 months while continuously active. Later pricing changes will be communicated before renewal. This is not a lifetime discount.

Editorial deliverables and participation

HRB’s proposed commitment is 10 local guides, articles, or reports per month for the participating market, rather than ten custom articles per member. A member provides one short monthly check-in through an agreed email, phone, typed-answer, or voice-response process.

The individual inclusion minimum is awaiting final approval and is not yet a published purchase promise. Opportunities for additional suitable inclusions may extend across up to ten distinct pieces. The submission deadline, first publishing period, treatment of late contributions, and any remedy for a missed HRB commitment will be stated before payment.

The membership also includes an enhanced profile, an accurate contributor designation, links from attributed coverage, and reusable assets based on published contributions. Material quote changes require contributor approval. Paid-program disclosures must remain intact when sharing assets.

Included inquiries

No separate per-lead fee or numerical cap applies to eligible inquiries assigned through participating coverage during active membership. No volume, appointment, sale, revenue, ranking, indexing, or outside-media result is guaranteed. General site inquiries are not included in this promise.

Homeowner choice overrides rotation. Otherwise, a relevant single-expert inquiry goes to that eligible expert. Mixed-trade coverage routes by trade, geography, and service fit. Multiple same-trade contributors receive individual assignments in rotation. A request has one initial recipient and is not broadcast to the whole panel.

Contact is expected within 24 hours. An unanswered request may be reassigned with the homeowner’s knowledge and permission. The homeowner remains free to approach other companies. When no eligible match exists, HRB retains the request for manual review.

Cancellation and payment status

Future renewals stop when you cancel. Membership continues through the paid period. Accurate historical articles remain; the active badge and new inquiry eligibility end with that period. Payment failure does not extend the previously paid period. The member access page provides cancellation of future renewals once a subscription is active. No automatic extra charges, lead-credit plan, or future lead upsell is part of this founding offer. The final tax treatment, billing operator, and any refund or make-good policy must be confirmed before live enrollment. No refund promise is made in this draft.

Eligibility and scope

Enrollment follows eligibility review, truthful service-area confirmation, and available capacity. The proposed cap is five active founding contributors per trade and metro. Payment does not purchase a favorable verification result or independent recommendation.
