Korrect Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

The company at a glance

Company overview

Korrect Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning identifies Dayton and Troy locations and traces its start to September 1950. Its official site describes plumbing, drain solutions, water treatment and bathroom remodeling, alongside heating and cooling. This profile covers its plumbing work as one of five separate businesses in the Dayton collection.

The company says its typical coverage extends approximately 20 to 25 miles from downtown Dayton. That description is a starting point for checking availability rather than an exact service boundary. BBB lists both the West Third Street Dayton address and the South Cherry Street Troy location. The official main phone also appears among BBB’s contact numbers.

Separate diagnosis from the repair decision

When booking for a recurring drain problem or water-heater fault, describe the symptoms and any earlier repairs. Ask what the first visit will establish, what it costs and when a separate estimate is provided. If more than one approach is offered, request the findings that support each option and the limitations that would remain afterward.

A plumbing scope should also address access and restoration. Ask whether opening a wall, floor or yard is anticipated, who performs that work and who finishes the surface afterward. A repair price and a fully restored room can describe different scopes, so make the boundary explicit before comparing proposals.

Questions before booking

• Does the Dayton or Troy team handle this address and service?
• What diagnostic charges apply, and is additional work separately authorized?
• Which parts, disposal, cleanup and restoration are included?

For water treatment, ask which test results or documented conditions support the proposed equipment. Keep maintenance requirements and replacement consumables visible in the discussion. Confirm current appointment availability directly, especially when the problem requires an urgent visit.
