MyHome Renovation Experts

The company at a glance

Company overview

MyHome Renovation Experts approaches a New York renovation as a sequence of design and construction decisions. The company lists full-apartment and home remodeling in Manhattan and Brooklyn, alongside kitchens and bathrooms. Its published process moves from consultation and an itemized proposal into interior design, showroom selections, renderings, permits, and construction. The business lists a West 48th Street showroom in Manhattan. That integrated approach gives homeowners a place to discuss layout and finishes together, but the proposal still needs to distinguish design deliverables from the work included in the construction price.

Make the design agreement concrete

Before committing to a complete renovation, establish what the design phase produces and when the construction budget becomes firm. Request a written schedule for selections, building submissions, and approvals. Apartment owners should also ask how the team will work within the property's access rules and renovation windows. An appealing rendering becomes more useful when it connects to specified products, drawings, and an understandable sequence of work.

Questions for the first conversation

• Which drawings, selections, and revisions are included before construction?
• Who handles the building's alteration agreement and permit submissions?
• How are allowances and changes tracked against the agreed budget?
