Go Green Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical

The company at a glance

Company overview

Go Green Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical lists its Greensboro office on Pomona Drive and names Greensboro, High Point, Jamestown and Summerfield among its service communities. This profile focuses on plumbing, including drain cleaning, water heaters and water or sewer repiping, rather than counting its other trades as separate companies.

The Rheem contractor directory identifies the same Pomona Drive address and links to the company’s website. Apple Maps also lists the business at that address. The telephone numbers shown by outside directories differ, so the contact number here follows the current official website. Confirm appointment arrangements directly.

Ask what the drain visit includes

The company’s drain-service page says main-line clearing includes a camera inspection. Before booking, ask whether that offer applies to the particular line and service requested. Establish what documentation you will receive and whether locating the cause of a recurring problem requires additional work.

Describe which fixtures are affected, when symptoms occur and what has already been tried. If a replacement is proposed, ask the contractor to identify the affected section and explain why clearing or a limited repair would not address the finding. Request the findings in a form you can keep with the estimate.

Separate repair from restoration

For work that opens walls, floors or a yard, clarify who restores the disturbed area and to what finish. Ask whether the estimate includes access, disposal and any necessary follow-up inspection. A pipe replacement price may cover a different scope from a complete repair-and-restoration project.

For water-heater work, provide the existing equipment information and discuss the household’s usage before choosing a replacement. Obtain the installed scope, exclusions and support arrangements in writing. Verify applicable credentials and insurance independently, and confirm that the company accepts the exact job and property location you have in mind.
