Gayler Design Build
Danville, California
The company at a glance
Company overview
Gayler Design Build is a Danville residential remodeling firm serving the Tri-Valley and Lamorinda areas. The company presents kitchens, bathrooms, exterior renovations, outdoor living spaces, and whole-house remodeling within a combined design and construction practice. Its current site identifies a Hartz Way office and describes a dedicated project manager plus online access to schedules, selections, documents, and project photographs. Those communication arrangements are a useful part of evaluating a substantial renovation, especially when many decisions must be made while the household is balancing ordinary daily life.
Ask how decisions become a buildable plan
A project portal is most useful when responsibilities and deadlines are clear. Ask which decisions must be settled before construction and how a late selection affects purchasing and scheduling. Request the procedure for approving changes, including their cost and timing. For an occupied home, the project plan should also identify which rooms remain usable during each phase.
Questions for the first conversation
- Which selections must be complete before construction begins?
- How are scope changes priced, approved, and added to the schedule?
- What information will the project manager update throughout the job?
