Eyman Plumbing Heating & Air
La Vista, NE
The company at a glance
Company overview
Eyman Plumbing Heating & Air serves residential and commercial customers in the Omaha area from 8506 South 117th Street in La Vista. Its plumbing menu includes water heaters, drain cleaning, pipe inspection, sewer-line repair and trenchless pipeline repair. The company names Council Bluffs, Bellevue, Ralston and Gretna among its service communities.
BBB's Eyman record matches the address, official domain and 402-731-2727 phone. The website uses several additional numbers for billing and service routing; the number in this profile appears in both sources. Eyman also provides HVAC work, but it occupies only the plumbing slot here.
Compare pipe-lining and replacement proposals on the same facts
Eyman's trenchless-service page describes pipe inspection and cleaning before lining. For a damaged sewer line, ask what the inspection shows and why the proposed method fits that particular section. Request the affected length, access locations and any preparatory work in the written scope.
A useful comparison also addresses the work around the pipe. Ask about temporary service restrictions, any excavation still required, disposal and restoration of disturbed surfaces. If replacement is an alternative, compare both proposals using the same documented condition and completion standard. The company makes broad statements about timing and durability on its service page; confirm the job-specific schedule and written terms instead of assuming those statements apply to every installation. Request the inspection or testing records that will demonstrate the completed work and identify who handles a later concern.
Questions to ask
- What inspection findings make lining or replacement suitable for this pipe?
- Which access, preparation and restoration work is included?
- What completion evidence and written warranty will I receive?
