Eren Design & Remodel
Tucson, AZ
The company at a glance
Company overview
Eren Design & Remodel offers Tucson-area design and remodeling, including kitchens, bathrooms, whole-house projects, additions and custom cabinets. Its website names Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana and Catalina Foothills among the areas it serves. The contact page identifies a showroom at 55 North Avenida de la Vista in Tucson.
A BBB record under Eren Design and Remodeling Company, Inc. lists the same street address and 520-885-2500 phone number, and expressly includes Eren Design and Remodel among its alternate names. That resolves the public-name match for this profile. The company describes a collaborative design process, but its award claims and selected customer comments are not treated here as independent proof of results.
Make the design-to-construction handoff explicit
For a project involving custom cabinets or a revised floor plan, establish what the initial design agreement delivers. Ask whether drawings, product specifications and a construction estimate are included, when selections become binding and what happens if the scope changes before work starts. A showroom visit can help narrow finishes, but the written specification should identify the final products.
Also discuss how the household will function during construction. For a kitchen or principal bathroom, ask about access, planned shutdowns and the sequence of work. If the project includes an addition, clarify which assessments and approvals are included in the proposal. These questions help distinguish an early design concept from a construction-ready scope and give both parties a clearer basis for approving revisions.
Questions to ask
- Which drawings and specifications are included in the design agreement?
- When must cabinetry, fixtures and finishes be selected to support the schedule?
- Who coordinates approvals and documents changes between design and construction?
