Identify the local project team and scope
Ask who will manage the job, how progress will be communicated, and which team will perform the installation. Request a written roofing specification and separate descriptions of any additional exterior work. Clarify site protection, disposal, and the process for approving concealed repairs. The final agreement should connect the local project responsibilities to the scope you are purchasing.
