Harth Builders
Lower Gwynedd, Pennsylvania
The company at a glance
Company overview
Harth Builders describes a family-owned residential renovation and design-build practice serving Greater Philadelphia. Its service range covers kitchens, bathrooms, whole-house remodeling, exterior work, universal design, and custom homes. The company also publishes an offering for smaller projects, distinguishing them from major renovations rather than treating every job as the same process. The matched BBB record identifies a Lower Gwynedd address on Bethlehem Pike and names Gregory Harth as president. For homeowners weighing the scale of a renovation, that breadth makes the proposed team, process, and level of design involvement worth clarifying early.
Match the planning process to the project's size
A powder-room update and a whole-house renovation need different levels of coordination. Ask how the company will staff and plan the particular project, which design services are included, and when decisions must be made. If the aim is to remain in the home for years, describe everyday access and comfort needs before the plan is organized around finishes alone.
Questions for the first conversation
- Which team and design process will handle a project of this size?
- When will the scope, selections, and construction price be finalized?
- How will access, occupancy, and future-use needs influence the plan?
