Publish useful information, make its basis clear, and correct errors. These standards apply to guides, company profiles, and any attributed contributions.
Accuracy and useful context
Claims need appropriate support. We distinguish company statements from separately checked information and avoid unsupported superlatives, broad verification badges, and implied rankings.
We do not invent reviews, quotations, interviews, project experience, testing, awards, or credentials. Missing information stays missing. Research and production may use software, including AI-assisted tools; tool-generated text is not evidence.
Sources and contributions
We prefer relevant primary sources and identify company materials as such. A source link supports the specific information attributed to it, not every claim on that source’s website.
Professional commentary must be authentic, relevant to the question, and used with permission. Published contributions identify the source and, where available, link to the company’s profile. An invitation to respond does not guarantee inclusion or favorable coverage.
Editorial and commercial decisions
Sponsored profiles, sponsored articles, advertisements, and purchased placements must carry clear labels near the content. Payment is not evidence of quality and does not purchase an editorial endorsement. See the advertising and sponsorship policy.
Dates and corrections
Page updates and source checks have different meanings. We retain the date of a specific check until that check is actually repeated. A formatting change does not refresh a source-check date.
Use our contact form to send a page address, the disputed detail, and supporting information. Requests are assessed on the evidence provided. Material corrections should be explained in an editorial note; small spelling, formatting, and link fixes may be made without one.
